Should you eat healthy foods every day and it becomes your habit, you would probably not suffer from over weight anymore.
When I received married with my husband, his weight was about 205 Pounds, 7 years ago. Now his weight is 146. 08 Pounds. He lost 58. 80 Pounds naturally by carrying on eating the things i cooked every day.
This individual lost weight in the first year about 40 Pounds by eating a lot, three times a day. He didn't do any diet, completely calm, just eating my healthy meals. No rebound.
Till then what he acquired been eating was french fries, sandwiches, Burgers, French french fries, fried chicken, heavy marinade pasta, goodies, coca soda.
Even though having recently been not eating much at that time, his weight was always down and up and could not lose much weight.
